Live Hawthorne

We have been here for about a month now. The apartment feels like home. It is safe and secure. Liz is a true professional and made our transition easy and welcoming. She is courteous, friendly, and takes care of any concerns.

First month living here has been amazing. Liz the property manager is amazing and thats not something you find in every complex. Shes very helpful and always answers in a timely manner. I needed my sink fixed and within less then 24 hours it was fixed. Everything is very clean at all times and the complex is very convenient. Highly recommend.

I am overall pleased with this complex so far!! I have rented from Lanoha previously and they’ve never disappointed me in the past. Hilary has been a great property manager, and has provided us with above and beyond service. We felt welcomed the day we moved in. Hilary, you are doing such an amazing job and we appreciate all that you do!! If you’re debating whether to rent here or not, I strongly recommend that you do!! They’re very responsive, and it is at an ideal and convenient location!!

My experience so far as a resident hasn’t been great. My recent experience made it worse. This apartment does not provide a dumpster, instead they have a trash chute that breaks when you throw cardboard boxes into it. I was charged $150 because I couldn’t cut my boxes into a million smaller pieces; clearly I have so much time sitting in my apartment cutting a million boxes into smaller pieces to meet this apartment trash chute rules. Have I ever lived in an apartment that charges me $1200 a month and doesn’t provide a dumpster before? No, so I guess I’ve been spoiled. Why can’t y’all just have a dumpster like any other apartment out there? Unfortunately, my lease is not up yet and I’m still stuck here. I’m going to have so much fun cutting up boxes and making sure my trash is small enough
