Livano Limestone Springs

I recently moved into Livano Apartments in Gainesville, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The apartments are brand new, modern, and beautifully designed — you can really tell that a lot of thought went into the details. What truly made the difference for me, though, was the amazing support from the staff throughout the application process. From the very beginning, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Shelly Rodriguez. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She was always attentive, quick to respond, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Having someone so supportive during a big move made a huge difference. I have been living at Livano Limestone Springs for about a month now. Everything has went very well. The front office has been phenomenal and the maintenance man Tommy has been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Livano Limestone Springs. I also want to say something about Lisa in the front office she went beyond my expectations and helped make my transition so smooth in a very difficult time for me.

Beautiful apartments! Great amenities! Lisa and Caden are super nice, friendly, and accommodating. They really took a lot of time with me and my friends to show us around. We appreciate you!

Amazing and so professional!!! Lisa, Shelley, and Caden were absolutely incredible and so hospitable they answered so many of my questions. They had took my three or four concerns very seriously and found solutions for each of them. The amenities and layout are incredible. Cannot recommend them enough looking forward to moving in February!!!

The Livano Limestone Springs apartments are very nice, brand new and clean. The amenities are such a plus for this apartment complex, too… the property has a nice clubhouse, amazing gym, coffee bar and gorgeous pool. We think the doggie daycare would be amazing, as well! When you visit Livano, ask for Caden—he is so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He will take great care of you! We really can’t say enough about this great location, great management team and great community they are building here at Livano Limestone Springs.
