Liv Apartments

A complete dump. After years of staying here, it has only gotten worse, and rent has gone up. My apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in, other people's hair was still covering the shower, the dishwasher was completely filled with mold, there was sticky spots on the carpet, and there was still writing on the walls from previous tenants. I have seen new tenants move in, and find rust covering their living room floor, after a rusted out water heater leaked everywhere. When appliances are broken they do the bare minimum to make them seem better and deny that they need replaced, even when repair people that they hire say that they need replaced. I don't recommend staying here. Terrible management (one of the worst), uncooperative, inattentive, rude and what not. I had to wait 2 months to get a working dishwasher and got told by management, "washing your dishes by your hand isn't a big deal" when i tried to mail them about broken dishwasher.

Quite an okay place. The rooms are fine... some bigger than others for same kinds (like studio). The security there? Not so good.
