Litchfield Oaks

Litchfield Oaks is the best! My girlfriend and I moved from Northeast Ohio in January, and we couldn’t have asked for a better community to welcome us here after a long and exhausting trip. Everybody is incredibly friendly and supportive, the complex is pet friendly, it’s very clean and safe and the amenities are amazing. I can’t get over the wildlife that welcomes you here every day. There’s always turtles or herons sitting at the pond - it’s such a peaceful place to walk around at and connect with nature. The staff is incredible and kind too! Megan in the front office helped us ensure a smooth transition and we couldn’t have done it without her. It felt like home the second we pulled in. Lucky to be living in such an amazing community!

I love living at Litchfield Oaks. It's quiet and surrounded by woods and ponds with turtles and geese. Perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and the woodsy feel. I love looking off my balcony into the forest and seeing the beautiful trees as the sun rays glisten against the leaves. The squirrels playful chatter and bird singing are my favorite parts of my mornings at Litchfield.

I lived here for 2 years and must say it was a very good experience. Pet friendly community. Social as you want it to be. And IMHO the perfect distance from the beach. Office personnel are always a pleasure to deal with, and the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful.

Love relaxing out on the screened-in porch. Large walk-in closets. Separate laundry area. The helpfulness of the staff give 100 percent. Litchfield Oaks is truly a great place to live!!

Some of the nicer apartments in the Pawleys/Litchfield area, although some of the surfaces are old and need replacing terribly, such as counter tops and water faucets. The maintenance guys are pretty friendly and prompt, and keep the grounds and units maintained pretty well. The only 2 small complaint I have are: ¹to use the car wash area vacuum here, you have to pay to do so--At our other apartment in Socastee, ALL on site car wash services, including a commercial style vacuum were provided by the complex to the renters Free of Charge and complimentary to the tenants, and ² there's not enough lighting in the parking areas and down the approach road into the complex; this would be a great place to walk outdoors after dark, which I love to do, IF there were enough lighting.
