Very very nice place to live The manager in the office is very attentive to everything that you need and the maintenance is awesome out there I would definitely recommend you move here

Going on two years here. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Leasing office managers no matter who it's been has always been polite and helpful! Bret and Thomas the maintenance men on the property go above and beyond to make sure any problems get attended to quick as possible!!!

Horrible place. Black mold. Apartment flooded multiple times and all they did was fan it out. The roaches will carry u away in ur sleep. Laundry facilities do not work! Oh yeah and the pool is never open or clean for that matter. The tennis and basketball courts have not been functioning in over 30 years. They once had a car wash but the vacuums and sprayers don't work. The whole parking lot floods when it rains and the plumbing is horrendous. We had RAW sewage back up in front of our front door And all they did was throw a plant pot on top of it. My mom got pneumonia 5 times while living there. She was there over 30 years and in the same apartment for20. They didn't change her carpet out at all, even after it flooded several times. WARNING !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE COND

My newly renovated apartment is beautiful. Upgrades to the exterior are coming along well!!! Staff is super friendly and fast acting on any of my needs. Keep up the great work guys
