Linz of Viera Apartments

We’ve enjoyed living here for over a year! The Linz is honestly one of the best buildings we’ve ever rented with! The staff team is quick and efficient, and SO incredibly friendly! We love chatting with Natasha, Sarah and Adrian in the leasing office. Everyone is so kind and helpful! They treat this building, the community and the residents (including their dogs) like family. It’s been a wonderful experience, I can’t say enough good things about it! I highly recommend living here if you’re looking in the Viera area! 😀

We toured this apartment complex with Natasha and she was absolutely amazing. We had a long list of tours throughout the day and ended up being about 15 minutes late as a result. She was so kind to still give us the full experience. The amenities are expansive and very well done, to my knowledge this is the only complex in the area with a multi-level gym! We couldn't have asked for a better leasing agent to work with, she was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Natasha! The Linz is our top choice :)

TLDR, the Linz & their staff are amazing & if you’re moving to the area they’re one of your best options around! Starting with the Linz itself & its amenities: - While it does face the I-95, I’ve never had a problem with the noise since highway traffic is still relatively quiet. - It’s close to multiple schools, the Avenues shopping center, & has a park to both the north & south by a short walk away. - The property itself is clean & well kept, & while it is gated the area has been very safe. - The pool & lounge area look straight out of a hotel brochure. It also comes with 4 grills that are also well-maintained. - The gym is great & for the most part has everything you need (unless you’re a serious gym rat). - Their dog spa was honestly one of our key deciding points since our dog HATES b

We have had a wonderful experience with Linz of Viera, from the support of the move in process to the daily life of being there. The amenities are amazing, the staff is super friendly and always seem eager to assist in any way needed, and the apartment and property is beautiful, well kept. We appreciate how the team goes out of their way to host social events and activities to truly make the experience of living here a home.
