THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. Areas has diminished since Wogan Group has managed the area. Systems of paying rent has changed 3 times, office says 9-5pm but is always closed early, apartment manager and assistance looks at call log to avoid talking to concerned paying tenants, and when they do speak with you it’s nothing but false information and lies followed by the nastiest attitudes as if your rent isn’t the reason they get paid. I was scheduled for an apartment tour! At 11:30AM. I waited outside for 30 minutes thinking management was on property. I went home and changed clothes cause I was sweating due to the leasing office not being there at 11:30AM. I came back a hour in a half later and I was told by the leasing office was they go to lunch at 11:30. When i came back the property manager said me wearing a tank top & slides and jeans was not good enough for me to stop by to be getting leasing information with the wardrobe I was wearing . I also let it be known that I had a dog and was told about a pet fee! I have documentation letter that was prescribed to me from doctor for emotional support! If you don’t have to live here then don’t. This place is terrible. My first 3 months living here people had keys to my home and kept opening my door, they towed my car the first month I was here bc they didn’t give me a parking pass and said it was my fault and not to complain. There’s roaches everywhere and mold everywhere. I was told when I moved it if I thought I seen mold next to my tub, it’s probably not mold and ignore it. I haven’t had hot water in 4 months, my garbage disposal fell through and I honestly surprised I got this place because one of the ladies up from did nothing but ignore everyone and said it was there fault

The office people here are really nice when I first moved in but then one of the new ones isn't so nice and the apartments are cute but small they fix things in a timely matter and it's really peaceful out here and the apartment I received was bug free and very clean...people writing reviews about tires slashed wasn't done out of random either it was clearly done to both of the man's vehicles so whoever did it new him according to him

This place popped up in my new apartment search. I moved out of here almost a year ago and based on recent reviews, not much has changed for the better. About 3 months before I moved out, someone crashed into the exit gate. I drive by there every once in a while, and that gate is still not fixed. Doesn’t surprise me though. The whole time I lived there, I had an issue with my water heater—it made my water smell like rotten eggs. I smelled rotten eggs for a whole year at this place. 5 maintenance calls and it never got fixed. My AC also went out over the summer. And apparently there wasn’t enough staff to get it fixed in a timely manner. There was also no one who could offer me a place to stay until this issue was resolved (without the “risk of getting fired”). Thankfully I was able to ma
