I am filing a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and misleading experience with a property manager Angie Linn we have been working with for about a week. Throughout the entire process, my husband and I provided every document she requested, followed all instructions, and remained patient despite her consistently slow communication. She clearly told us that the house was ours and instructed us to pay the deposit on Tuesday, sign the lease, and receive the keys. We then informed her that we would be paying the first month’s rent on Thursday, which is the day before we would move in on Friday. Linn Realty provided a great experience for us purchasing our first home. They were quick to respond to our emails, quick to answer our calls/text-7 days a week. Angie and Carl Linn was hands down the best experience of buying my home. They were both always available for showings and any off the wall questions I might have had. It didn't matter day, night, or weekends they basically held my hand through the whole process. Angie is very knowledgeable of the  business and by far is passionate of what she does. Buying a home is very stressfull and there is so much involved and having an agent that was always a step ahead of the game was so relieving. They were always on time and never made me feel of any inconvenience no matter how many showings I sprung on then.
