Linkhorn Place

I just moved out after 3 years. Overall, it was a good and safe living experience. These apartments are old of course: my mother lived in one when she initially moved to VB in the 70s. There is a lot of maintenance going on regularly. I will say they work hard to do that and keep up with everything. I will warn against an upstairs apt because heat rises and during summer or temp spikes in fall the temp is way too high in apt. The AC unit will not keep up. I can't speak to all upstairs units though. Landscaping is well maintained, lots of people have dogs as pets, and there are some young families. There is no recycling, everything goes to dumpsters. The pool is well maintained but the hours are limited due to a lifeguard always being on duty (nice for safety but inconvenient at times). The

This is the PERFECT starter home for couples in Virginia Beach. You won't find a cheaper place that's also in an AMAZING area. There is a 7-Eleven directly across the street from the complex, the beach and everything at the beach is an easy walk or bike away! Management is also SUPER cool, especially Kim! I lived here when I was a kid and then I lived here again as an adult. It really is an amazing place, even if it's not quite as updated as other places. They do what they can to keep rent low AND THEY WILL NOT RAISE RENT ON CURRENT TENANTS! This place will always have a special place in my heart!

Great place to live at the beach and is excellent for the affordability. The property owners and managers are of the most down to earth people you can find anywhere in Virginia Beach. Every time there was a question or issue it was taken care of immediately. I can’t say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it for anyone. Ask for Kim in the office she’s the best superstar on the property!

All I can say is WOW! From the location, to the staff, we were super impressed with Linkhorn Place Apartments. We were sad to leave! Very responsive and caring staff. Not to mention walking distance to great restaurants and minutes away from the beach. Spacious and well-kept apartments--would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet beautiful place to live.

This place is AWESOME!! The property manager Kim made me feel right at home through the whole process of the application to the day I moved into my new apartment. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional and gets things done FAST!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! 👏👏
