The woman at the front desk was rude as hell. She hadn’t been helpful the handful of times I’d called for information. She gave me nasty attitude and I walked out because she wouldn’t show me an apartment without filling out paperwork. Why would I fill out paperwork for an apartment I might not take? I understand showing a drivers license but I’m not filling out anything. She said she wasn’t wasting her gas and time to show me an apartment before filling out forms. Isn’t that what realtors do? Show apartments?

I've been renting from Link Realty for over a year. Every time I have a problem with the apartment I live in currently they act like they don't care. They don't cut the grass, and they are very rude. Now I have a bigger problem, and they won't do nothing about it, and I pay my rent on time every month. This is the worst place to rent through.

Currently have a writ of possession from them called link for a 2 day extension they said take it up with the courts so we called courts they said it's up to link (also said we are allowed to ask for an extension of no more than 3 days) well then link said it's up to owner of the house and won't even give me the number to call and ask him about it and she won't call him herself.. I'm just wondering is there a way I can sue link for any of this miscommunication and negligence on their part if my stuff is to be put on side of road after asking for an extension that I was told they can do? Also AC man been to the house 5 times over 6 months and AC was still leaking to the point of orange rust looking spots on roof and a puddle in front of the fridge and mildew on my new couch

The guy Jeff that works here went in our home when we were wrongfully evicted and wrongfully arrested with no warrants and picked thru our belongings and stole our property and stole our TV. I had 8,000 dollars in tools stolen. We have begun the process for filing a lawsuit and we will Be suing Link Realty and the bank.

I paid my deposit and prorate and they expect to move in when nothing really has been fixed the blinds are messed up, the sockets needs fixed and they didn't clean good..I'm.not crazy nor desperate I will be getting my money back if nothing is fixed Monday this is bull I haven't even put my stuff in and I'm not..
