I literally was interested in getting an apartment here and couldn't get a single person on the phone. Its AI agent kept sending me in circles. It is 12 PM on a WEDNESDAY. Extremely unprofessional. And lost a potential resident.
How can they allow these situations where the main entrance to a parking lot is blocked and pedestrians are also put at risk? They need to solve the issue with deliveries; it's a total disaster.
My daughter lives here. It is disgusting how they treat their residents and scare them with eviction so lightly. What redeems this place is the grocery store below it.
Very nice now that they rebuilt this area.
