The team at Lingsch Realty are incredible. They are hands down the best property management company we've ever had. They really care about their tenants, super responsive, and came in to fix maintenance requests quickly. They do a lot of small things that really go above and beyond to show they care about their tenants. Natalie and Alexis are wonderful and you would be lucky to live at any of their properties.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Lynsch Realty group . Natalie and Alexis we’re consummate professionals. They handled every step of the process from start to finish. They interviewed and performed background checks on all the possible candidates for tenancy. They help choose the best possible group for the unit. They also put together an up-to-date ironclad lease that included everything . They even went as far as leaving a huge welcome for the new tenants as they arrive on the first day in the new space. I feel lucky to have worked with them and will only use them going forward. They made everything seamless. I felt like I didn’t have to do a single thing. Natalie manages the neighboring apartment building. She was very competent and communicative with us during a recent maintenance project that required scaffolding in our yard. We found her easy to work with.

Updating my review (for the third time!). My last review stated: Which is specifically about 36 Oakwood St #5 unit. The unit gets insanely hot in the spring, summer and fall months due to the lack of any insulation in the building and big west facing windows, being on the top floor and sun beating down on the roof. The unit regularly reaches temps of 92+ degrees inside in the afternoon and each year as it gets hotter, the issue gets worse. I spent over a year going back and forth with Lingsch trying to get them to do ANYTHING to resolve this and they ultimately are unwilling do anything, and reneged on even installing cheap temperature blocking window film, despite the fact the temperature reaches dangerous levels, for hours, months and months out of the year. I've spent over $1k of my own
