Stephanie Conti the building manager is the most unprofessional person I have met in my life. I have written emails, and phone calls for over a year. Bathrooms a full of mold. ( hallways weren’t painted, carpets are stain and have not been changed for more than 20 yrs. So you can imagine. The latest incident, Stephanie herself, along with the super and another I know man come inside my apartment without 24 hour notice. I wasn’t there. I have kids and pets. That is illegal in NJ and everywhere. I asked to let let me out of the lease earlier .. my kids feel scared now, I don’t feel safe here. Is a health hazard living here, and the rent keeps increasing!! I called Mahwah Township to see if they can come and do something. We shall see. I had to file a police report due to people trespassing!

Nice place but absolutely HORRIBLE office. Only one lady who NEVER answers and gives nothing but rude responses. Tried calling multiple times for simple tasks never gets done. Apparently she only 'takes things over email which I should know.' Since she cant remember anything otherwise. I was never told this ever and she tells me to blame my realtor. I NEVER HAD ONE TO BEGIN WITH The super does EVERYTHING I was told. This is false. I asked for another key for downstairs never got it, called 10 times still nothing. Called about stained wood floor from day one, never called me back. Like I said nice place wonderful neighbors but HORRIBLE service.

Worst management ever. They wont respond to anything. The lady, whom is think might be the manager is very rude. Living there is miserable . I am very happy that i moved out . Even when there was a gas leak they asked us to wait till next monday . It makes me very sad that i have to give even 1 star for this but i am helpless no other option.

No one answers or calls back. Inquiring about renting an apartment. I have left numerous voicemails and no one responds. I believe her name is Stephanie.

Absolute trash place, do yourself a favor and do not live here. The neighbors are nice, but the management is absolutely horrible. The management does not listen or respond to any situations, it takes them weeks which is wrong.
