Lindow installed a couple of garage doors through my general contractor. Installation was good, but some of the panels on the door are damaged. In July 2025 I began calling and leaving messages with them for warranty replacement. In September the local lumber yard told me the replacement door is at their site. It is now almost halloween and they have yet to return any calls, and obviously the door is not replaced. Grade A for installation Grade F for customer service It’s now Nov 6, still refusing to return my calls.

Doug went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. Even picking up the slack from another contractor that was not working well on the project. Excellent customer service, great products. I will be recommending Lindow Contracting.

Excellent communication via email, quick service and quality work at a fair price. We had a garage door spring break on Monday evening and contacted them. They were out to see what needed to be done by Tuesday afternoon, provided a quote the same day and had the door fixed by Wednesday afternoon. It's refreshing to work with a company that communicates quickly and does quality work. I didn't expect the spring to get fixed for at least a week and Lindow Contracting went above and beyond our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future projects and will be recommending them to family and friends.

excellent products, amazing installation of two doors and an opener. Very knowledgeable and impressive UPDATED **excellent installation, but ZERO SERVICE after the sale. Left a message, got a call back, said he'd be back in a few days, to call and remind him. Never heard a word from them. Left VM on business line and personal cell phone vm was full and phone never answered. Had to resort to YOUTUBE to fix issue.
