Wow! Pictures from tenants circulating online of the dangerous black mold conditions are shocking! Improper building practice teamed with negligent management creating a dangerous health hazard to the community! SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR BY SLUM LORDS.

Lisa, Office manager was very kind, confidential, informative and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help this gentlemen I was helping to get an apartment and was again, very kind,patient,and extremely helpful the day he moved in. She was The Best! You all are lucky to have her.It is a very nice facility that Ladysmith is fortunate to have.
I love the management staff recommendation to the property manager very professional and kind as well as caring the apartment is very spacious open and clean and feel safe too thank you for everything!!
