Charles the maintence guy who did my fixes was completely outstanding today! He has good people skills, explained what he was doing and went above and beyond. I really appreciated his timeliness, attitude, and exuberance. He deserves recognition for his fixing skills… I had multiple issues which didn’t take much time to address and fix. Also, very impressed with the maintence turn around. Prior experiences haven’t been pleasent not going to lie but today made up for all of that! I think lindendale is on the rise. :)

My wife and I recently moved into Lindendale. Denise and Derek were very helpful in helping us apply and get the perfect apartment for us. We had concerns about the area and history but the property managers have turned that all around. The property is clean, quiet and very welcoming. As well, they helped us to get moved in quickly and get set up with a rental washer and dryer. We would certainly recommend anyone looking for any size apartment to contact them. We couldn't be any happier!

I had an emergency today my garbage disposal was leaking water all under my sink the maintenance man Charles arrived promptly and repaired the leak and cleaned up all the water. Great job Charles I appreciate the great work in a timely matter

Yes, another edit. So after saying I reached out for legal help they came to help me, which was great. Then I was sent an email saying I could leave without penalty because “I was very dissatisfied” which I’m sure is procedural after I mentioned lawyer. I depend on grocery delivery and couldn’t order with the ice. I couldn’t walk out my door with my dog because of ice and using canes. I had to walk off the side of my doorstep and go through snow to go to work. They rolled the dice on not doing something about the gutters, and with this winter it created a hazard not an inconvenience. What seems easy for a resident isn’t easy for all residents. Rock salt is heavy and pet safe was sold out in smaller containers. I always try and find solutions myself before I ask for help. I had already hur

My experience with Lindendale apartments so far as been nothing but great. I was looking for an affordable apartment and met Derek Sutter the property manager for multiple places, and he took his time to determine what I needed and told me about what he could do and then walked me through each step without any pressure. I just recently moved in and once again Derek Sutter has been accessible and caring about my move in and needs. It's just nice to know there are still people out there that do their jobs with class and caring.
