Awful Experience – Stay Far Away from Linden Point Apartments!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Linden Point Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, I was denied residency simply because I didn’t have prior rental history—this would have been my first apartment, and I was only applying as a resident (not even the leaseholder), to live with a relative who was already approved. Everything in the application was filled out correctly, yet I was still rejected. To make things worse, they took my application fee and never refunded it, essentially stealing my money. It’s incredibly unethical and seems like a scam just to collect fees from people without any intention of approving them. But the situation with my relative is even worse. She was told that

Linden Pointe Apartments is an awesome place to live! The management is amazing. I have lived in many different apartments and have never had a management quite like this one. They put so much work into each season by planting and decorating and you can tell right away that they are passionate and care about what they do! Craig is a great property manager! Thank you Linden Pointe Apartments! If you are looking for quality and good community! This is the place!

Linden Pointe is a great place to live! Management has always been wonderful and they are very prompt in handling any maintenance requests that come up. They also do a great job of maintaining the grounds. The grounds always look good, and they have decor to go with every season! You can tell that the onsite staff take a lot of pride in what they do.

The children who live here walk the fire lane and beat the dogs with homemade mace weapons. They call this game fishing. The police laughed and called it “creative imagination”. Our dogs come home with bloody spots, raised bruises and black eyes from the time they spend after the tenants call the dogs by name. After this a .308 was shot at our house from the same apartment that shines the dogs at night. After multiple incidents, I sternly told the children they were bad for hitting dogs with rocks. The management called the police on me for the kids trespassing and hitting our dogs with homemade mace weapons. The next morning I called the dogs in. The police arrived 5 hours later, called me a liar again and gave me a $400 ticket for calling my dogs away from their tenants. Enjoy li
