The apartments are nice, The people are friendly but maybe it's just all a facade to hide the fact that no one who works there actually knows what's going on. I filled out and online application for a one bedroom, just me and my husband. So we paid $88 for the applications and an additional $100 to reserve the apartment we were to move into. I would say maybe a week later we received an email stating that we were both conditionally approved. After that we heard nothing for the next two and a half weeks. After many unreturned phone calls and unreturned emails, I decided to go pay them a visit. Upon my arrival I discovered that the woman I spoke to before I decided to file the application online was no longer working there. However, the complex is still under the same management. i was interested in possibly living here so i scheduled an apartment tour via their website. i show up to my tour, try to enter the leasing office, and the door is locked. that's fine, so i knock on the door and nobody answers. hmmm that's weird. so i call them and can hear the phone ringing from inside. nobody answers. i wait 5 minutes, knock again. then 10 minutes, and knock again. at this point i realize i'm being ghosted for an apartment tour... never thought that would happen to me! i double checked the date and time in the confirmation email they sent me and everything was right, i was totally stood up. very awkward and unprofessional, it's safe to say i won't be living there. if this is how they treat a prospective tenant, i'm very concerned about how they treat actual tenants.

Don't go by the review ,come see for yourself,some people will lie. because they either own money or could not get approved.my apt is nice it don't have bugs,it quiet, now with new people in and new maintenance apt are get fix up and they spray regular like any other complex,ain't nothing wrong ,I don't live and nasty roaches complex ,so trust me it ok.phil and Lynette is great very professional,I just wish laundry was inside the apt,when I had a issue they fix it.even the old employee,they did right by me,if it so bad,why keep renew a lease,just move out,they not forcing nobody to live here,stop complaining be thankful,you got a roof over your head

The worst experience ever dealing with Linden at Forest Hill and Gate Hudson! We got a approval letter signed all the paperwork needed even got a apartment address that we was supposed to move into. Move in date was for the 21st of November then was told it was pushed back, because they was getting the apartment ready for us. We followed up with them two days before Thanksgiving to see whats was going, and was told the paperwork was not turned into Gate Hudson that was supposed to be turned in 8 days ago. The day before Thanksgiving got a email saying we was denied, because we took their word and settled with them we stop looking for a place. Now we have no where to go mind you everything was closed for the holiday!!
