Linde Apartments

4 stars becuz the neighborhood has came a long way from what it used to be. You get your money's worth thats for sure however cosmeticaly it could use some TLC

Nice and quiet place. Reasonably rent, great landlord that works with you. Hug floor plan compared to the newer built Apartments. Small fenced-in back yard with a nice breeze. Easy access to grocery store and to the fast food place. All walking distance. I recommended this place!!!

The people are very nice and apartments are very good. The managers help get maintenance done quickly. All I can say is Dont judge a book by its cover.

Horrible landlord, ireen is a joke. Constantly had problems with the property. While there it would rain inside every time there was the slightest bit of precipitation. We lived there for a year and over half the time that we were there we only had access to half the appartment due to water damages.

This place is amazing, it had the lowest rent prices in New Braunfels and is very well managed. They have remodeled and the rooms look great. I am very pleased with living here.
