It's Now 100% better, just need to finish taking out the trash. Still having an issue with Roaches (Its Minor at this point) I was very critical in my first review, valley fair has made a major improvement they started listening to the people and got rid of the trouble makers, it's not perfect but it's 80% better. (Previous Review) Don't rent here, it's run by valley fair reality who is incapable of getting rid of the tennants who rev their car and motorcycle engines at all hours of the day, who play their rap music loud from thier cars and apartment patios bothering the good Tennants this place has. But it the handful of bad ones that apparently run this place since management is incapable of removing them.

High crime rate. Modestly kept up.
