I hired Lind Realty and Management to manage my 12 rental homes in Jacksonville about a year ago. They have done a stellar job of making sure my investment has been maximized while keeping my renters giving me great reviews. They have turned out to be a "1 stop shop" for me as I no longer have to worry about repairs or service to my properties. They have everything from a fantastic maintenance company to an impressive internet presence. I highly recommend utilization of their property management service, they are well worth the money for what they can do for your bottom line and piece of mind.

I am writing this review not because I was asked, but because I was stunned by what happened. I had my house listed on Craisglist for about 5 weeks or so and had every dirt bag in town call me to make low ball offers. Most didn't even try to hide they were house flippers looking to steal my house and sell for profit. My neighbor a couple houses down sold his house in about 2 weeks after I saw a sign from Lind Realty hit his yard. I called these guys and the next day they had my house listed in some Twilightzone, because I had an offer within 7 days for 10K more than I wanted. I am talking 10K in my hand after paying these guys to sell it. So, YES, no, better yet HELL YES I would recommend them to anyone selling a house. By the way, first review I have ever given for any reason.

My husband and I live in Avondale and wanted to buy a home his work. We needed to sell our home and buy another, but we had to work out how to do that at the same time because we can't afford 2 payments. Vicki and Dale worked found us a house and in the same week found an investment buyer for ours, WOW! Then they worked it out with our mortgage company to have the closing for our buyer in the morning and our closing in the after noon so our mortgage company would show our old home paid before signing the new loan, again WOW! Then Vicki gave us Painting she did herself for our new home, again WOW! So yes my husband and I were simply WOWed by these guys, Lind Realty and Management inc really cane through. And yes, they asked us to write a review, but we were already telling everyone we know

My husband and I were very pleased with Lind Realty. Forrest and Vicki are real estate gurus. They were professional and they went above and beyond to help us get our investment property “market ready” to be able to get top dollar. Our property was under contract in less than 3 weeks. Now we’re on to our next property. We’re sticking with Lind Realty!

My wife and I decided to sell our house in Jacksonville and move to Atlanta. We contacted a number of well known real estate agencies locally and seemed to get a lot of voice mails and no call backs. We asked a friend if they had any ideas and they recommended Lind Realty & Management. Called them and they actually answered the phone first call, WOW what a great thing! They met with us and we told them what we were looking for from our home. They did an inspection and said we were not asking enough. THEY SOLD OUR HOUSE IN 10 DAYS FOR 10K MORE THAN WE TOLD THEM! Enough said, call them or loose money, PERIOD.
