Deanna was our realtor and she was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly and kept it real with us when we needed to hear it. She always had helpful insight and was SO PROMPT. She always answered the phone or text and was almost always available when we had a question. She was a breath of fresh air.

Deanna fully took advantage of me as a first-time homebuyer. She seemed really nice, and at first, I really trusted her, but after being in the house I bought for six months, I realize that I fell victim to a scheme. Here are a few of the things that went wrong: 1. Deanna referred me to an inspector (Ike) who I’m pretty sure is in cahoots with her to help her sell houses. He did an inspection on the home, gave me a ton of information, and acted like he was on my side and rooting for me. He provided just enough issues and information to make me think that he really did a thorough job. However, after living in my house for six months, I have run into major, expensive plumbing issues that the inspector should’ve caught. I paid this guy $600 and hired him on Deanna’s referral. Deanna was our realtor and we cannot rave enough about her!! She treated us as if we were close friends or family from the start! Upfront, honest, positive and uplifting! Even after the sale of our home went through, we ran into a few issues between us and the seller, Deanna never backed down ONCE! Deanna is the best realtor in the area. She gave us 4 offers in 1 day. She also cares about the safety and well-being of everyone and sponsors the wellness kiosk that offers antibacterial wipes at the local Kroger. I highly recommend using her services.

I would not recommend this realtor! They are not fair at all . They do not work with you . Very nasty to deal with . My son inspected could not be done due to high water . They kept all his earnest money . The water was in the crawl space !
