As a first time buyer, with little to no clue what I was looking for in a home, Lily stuck with me the whole way through all the first time buyer troubles. I may have had some unrealistic goals, but she was not satisfied until I found the house I loved. There have been many houses over the past 2 years or so that I may have loved but she made sure to point out any defect she found and either warned me against a money pit or had great resources for contractors and real world estimates for all things be it plumbing, electrical or anything else that wasn't up to code.
