Lilmor Management LLC

Lilmor management is the worst. They refuse to repair my bathroom walls. I’ve contacted them numerous times and always get the run around. They are true definition of slumlord! They refuse to spend money to maintain the property. The building is filthy, incinerators are filthy and mice well they love it here! These people are jokes!

In September we had a fire in our building, and as a result they turned off the gas lines to do some repairs. A number of tenants, myself included, have now been without working stoves and ovens for more than six weeks. Lilmor keeps claiming that they are “working around the clock”. My hunch is that they are making a bunch of repairs that they had neglected to address before. When I sent them a polite email requesting a discount on my rent, they rudely refused. I hate this company so much. Update: not surprised to see that Lilmor recently had to pay out $6.5 million in settlements related to lead-based paint in their properties. These people are truly awful.

Wow ... where do i begin with how terrible Lilmor management is. I would give them ZERO STARS if it was an option. They do not care about their tenants, when i say they DO NOT CARE i am so serious. They also do not update or maintain their buildings. It is very difficult to get a hold of them and when you do they come into your apartment look at around, send someone to do a lousy job. I’ve had to contact 311 several times for my mother. My mother has had to hold rent from them just to have them come & fix simple things in the apartment for example ( a broken window, changing an old sink from the 60 if that, mold in the bathroom... etc etc ) Bottom line management is extremely negligent towards repairs, yet every year the rent is going up. I’m giving management and the super zero stars. My mom has been living in their building for over 20 years and they do not want to do any work in her apartment. They are cheap and don't give heat, theirs mold in the bathroom And the super going to tell my mom she has to clean the walls 🤔. I called 311 because my mom had been calling them for a month now and she could never get through. They are the worst!!

The worst management and Super ever. Thier Laundry room is out of cards for over 3 years now. So u can't wash. Thier Super is extremely lazy and incompetent. He doesn't fix anything and they dn't care if it hurts. I dnt know why they still retain him. They fix after multiple violations are reported to the city. At one time, they had 13 violations to booth them up to fix some things in my apartment. The only person that works hard is the porter Yancy. Extremely efficient. He cleans to the core. Everywhere sparkles they did a good job in hiring him. I sometimes have to pay to fix my apartment, and also take care of the rodents
