Lighthouse Village Apartments

The apartments are nice, the management had groundskeepers out plowing after the storm. The lot is not well-lit and there is no shoveling the spaces between cars so that you must trek through deep snow from the sidewalk to your car door. THERE ARE TWO SPEED BUMPS driving in the lot straight thru to the back set of buildings!! Winter snow can cause poor visibility making a startling jump! Very nice for safety purposes but surprising if covered in snow!!

This place is a joke! The new manager constantly writes lease violations on hear say. All 4 of my tires were slashed and I was also assaulted on this property in front of my kids. And it was by another tenant. Nothing happened to that person but my lease is being terminated even tho that person was arrested . This new manager came in here on a power trip and even discriminated against a child who is diagnosed with a disability. I would not recommend anyone live here. It's awful.

I lived there for 1 year, and I must say it was the most peaceful place I've ever lived. Jessica the property manager who was always nice and pleasant made sure that it was very well kept. It was just a beautiful place to live in a nutshell.

They are always changing managers and owner thus changing the rules each time. They treat their tenants horribly. For the people who live in the front are told their kids can't play outside yet the kids in the back run around like animals with no supervision. Bullying is at an all time high at that place. They now have a new rule that anyone who does not live in the complex, is NOT allowed to visit anyone who lives in the complex; not even family. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This company allowed tenants to cost someone their job. I was set to look at an apartment and just happened to be sitting in the parking lot and heard the entire conversation. I called corporate and gave them the license info along with what I heard only to have someone email acting as though they cared. I guess not, seeing has how these disgusting people caused a very professional manager great hardship. Good luck with those types of antics. I will be looking up this manager so I can personally write a letter on her behalf. I've also heard some great stories that maybe the news stations or government would like to hear as well. Do not rent here if you value your safety or piece if mind. They do not truly care and should be ashamed of themselves!
