Our bank referred us to Lighthouse, and we worked with Teresa, who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions along the way. We worked with the Kewaunee, WI location, and they were both professional and thorough while still being easy to work with. Draw requests were processed promptly, and we really felt they have a good balance of representing the interests of the owner and the needs of the builder.

Great to work with. They really sit down with you and show you the process as well as answering any questions you may have. When doing a draw for construction loans they were able to take pictures in a day or 2 and checks were written and sent out the nearly the same day draw information was sent. Highly recommend them to anyone!
