Walked in and asked about a house. House had been sold, which is fine, but the woman we talked to wasn' treally feeling it because we (in my opinion) didn't want to spend a lot of money. It seemed almost like an inconvenience for her. Maybe because we are tattooed and don't look like we could afford something? I don't know. We went to another Realtor and bought our dream home anyway. I just wasn't impressed with the customer service.

I can not recommend Lighthouse Realty. If it was possible to give a negative star, I would. My last transaction already difficult due to the buyers lender, was made even more difficult by lack of response as well as clear information from our agent. Life at the beach is not priceless, but it can definately be made more expensive with poor service from your agent.

Love this local real estate company. They really know the area better than any other company

Commission is great but you gotta show me properties!!!..I was referred by locals ..this has got to be the worst...if it's any worse I can't live here...no communication!! At all....showing me properties that YOU need to sell isn't how you get it done...terrible!

This is the dominant retailer of property here in Surfside the Realtors know what they're doing and know the area very well we are bought our property through them many years ago and was very happy with how they handle the transaction I'm sure there's always good and bad about a The Establishment but I've had nothing but good from this company
