Lifestyles at Hueco Valley

I’ve had a great experience living at Lifestyles at Hueco Valley. The maintenance team is outstanding—any work orders I’ve put in get handled quickly and professionally, and they always make sure the job is done right. The front desk ladies are just as great. They’re respectful, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns, which really makes a difference. The complex itself is clean, well-kept, and affordable, and the on-site gym is a huge plus. It’s clean, convenient, and well equipped, which makes it easy to stay active without leaving the property. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and I’m happy to call it home.

I loved this apartment complex !! communication with the leasing office was quick and efficient and they are super nice!! if you have the change to live here you definitely should . it’s a great neighborhood!! i hope to live again there soon!

I’m so disappointed in these apartments. My wife and I were excited to move in last year but it has not been what we expected. First red sign should have been our apartment being dirty when we moved in. The price we pay is not worth it. The only thing that is “luxury” about this place is that it’s gated. Half the time the gates don’t even work. We’ve had to run to the front to let our guests in because the gate codes do not work. There are so many useless fees it’s not even funny. Amenity fees when the gym equipment is outdated. Pest fees every month when they come to spray once every 3 months. Every other day we find a bug. The pool is always closed. The money we all pay is not put back into the property, these people are so greedy it’s disgusting. Our lease is almost done and I can’t wai

I would just like to say that this property has been wonderful lately. Maintenance has been on top of things and the front office staff is great. The new manager Aaron is so kind and easy to talk to. She listened to what had to say and I genuinely felt like she heard me. Thank you!

Lorie was great! I highly recommend checking her out if you’re considering moving here. She made my process fast, easy and made sure I utilized every incentive that they have to offer! 1 month update: I hate it here and I’m ready to move! The upstairs neighbors are extremely loud all night so it’s hard to sleep and the courtesy officer never picks up the phone and the property managers don’t do anything about it. I had to put in 4 work orders for a leak in my bathroom ceiling before they realized the upstairs neighbors tub is cracked. They have spiders and allegedly roaches. Parking here is terrible, the gates never work and the property is dirty. The maintenance people blow dirt and trash from one spot to another.
