I'm always excited to hear when Lifestyle Property Management will be handling the community HOA that my clients are buying into. I like that Lifestyle is a local company. I speak directly to the manager whenever I have a question. That makes all the difference in the world. There is no "someone will need to call you back". You are also a person and not a number to them.

I moved in almost 4 years ago. We have had drainage issues at the back of our property ever since. Every time I make a complaint, they (Bruce and Keri) come and take a look at it but that is as far as it goes. Things have gone from bad to worse since they constructed the man made bank at the back of our property. Now we get all of the water and mud from that. Every time it rains, mud washes onto our newly constructed patio and has come within inches of coming into our home. We can't even enjoy our patio because of this after investing thousands to build it. The back of our property is an eyesore and is diminishing the value of our property. Bruce advised that they would be moving in equipment this week (week of August 23rd) and that a swale would be constructed to handle the water

If I could put a negative number, I would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had from a HOA. We are having water drainage issues in the back of our property where when it rains, it floods our patio because the water has no where to go, we need a french drain, we asked if they would come look at it and fix it and when we actually got a response, weeks later, we got told that Bruce was not interested in fixing it. The building of the clubhouse and pool is a joke. We have had an entire community built on to our community by another builder and they haven't done anything with it and we keep getting the excuse of "permit" issues, its truly a joke. We have had parking issues from day 1, and since putting in extra parking lots for overflow parking doesnt make them money, they are no
