My wife and I are so grateful for the Stadler team, especially Dean and James. We started our home construction in the midst of COVID, so there were numerous unpredictable (but inevitable) challenges with our homebuilding project in Bulverde. While things could not always progress smoothly or timely in that environment, Dean and James persevered with us until we got to move into exactly the home we had imagined and hoped for. Throughout, they communicated transparently and professionally. The Stadler team worked in good faith, and stood behind correction of the work in a few cases where (COVID related) corrections or personnel changes were needed. Thank you!

Our home was originally going to be a spec home for Stadler, but we were able to purchase it prior to the start of construction. Their original plan was what we were looking for in a home. The process went beautifully from start to finish. We did make a few custom changes and upgrades here and there to get exactly what we wanted. They were very helpful and patient with all of those changes. Buildling during the pandemic presented challenges for them due to supply chain and labor shortages or delays. Stadler did an Excellent job in the Building of our Home. They were very honest from Ray Stadler on down. Jason Rudewick in particular did an excellent job as Construction manager and is a very honest and personable person. Katie Rodriguez also did excellent work on our behalf.
