Carla was an absolute godsend. Our lease with our current apartments end this month so we were anxious about finding a new house before March 1st. I submitted our application Monday and we were approved Wednesday! Carla was incredibly prompt with her communication and very thorough on the application process. I was impressed with how fast she was with communication. Tomorrow we check out the house we got approved for and will be signing the lease in the next few days. Thank you for everything Carla!!! Larry came by and was able to unseal 3 of our windows, change our bathroom vent, fix our broken doorbell, and change two of our broken outlet covers! He's the only one who actually takes the time to review over the notes he notes down and does a fantastic job on his work! Would highly recommend him to do more work around our house anytime something needs to be fixed!

Larry from Larry's maintenance came over today and was able to work many hours in helping us with our window moisture problem.
