I couldn’t recommend the Cottages at Ross Park more! As soon as we walked in, it was super clean, smelled clean, and was cool with the AC blowing. Key pickup was so easy. Maintenance requests for post move in are so easy. The app for payments and other info is easy to use. Their response time is like no other. I wish I would’ve lived here for my entire time at Auburn!

Really nice people, with a really nice place. I needed my in-unit washer/dryer fixed and they replaced it within a week of me asking with no hassle. They have put a lot of effort into my unit to make it nice.

We began the leasing process several months in advance. I talked to Alyssa several times, and she was exceptionally helpful and patient. Every detail was explained well, and the process was stress free. On the day of the move everything was as advertised with the apartment actually being cleaner than we expected. I would definitely recommend Liberty Properties.

I do not have anything negative to say about Liberty Properties! Living in a 3b/3ba apartment that this company owns was a highlight of my college experience. I could easily walk to downtown Auburn without having to pay extremely high prices. I did not have many maintenance issues, but the times I did (which was never more than general and average things that happen to living spaces over time), the maintenance man on site was incredibly helpful and kind always- even on the weekend and after hours. I would genuinely recommend at least touring on of their properties, especially if you are a college student!

Leasing was fast and easy. Both Lindsay and Alyssa are great at their jobs proficient to get everything on time in a timely manner, very professional. James from maintenance always comes when you need him to come always on time gets everything done in a timely professional manner. My experience will liberty property has been the best rental property that I have ever had. I lived in Ross park for 3 years. Now I live in North point in the front, very accommodate thank you very much Liberty Property management.
