Keith and Brad have been keeping me in the know for my fridge. With the new maintenance team, they resolved all of my issues and with the fridge problem, they're working with me currently on a solution as it's a special case. Coming from Easton and Dublin and Whitehall, I am happy to say that this has been the best apartment team I've had and one of the prettiest apartments. A couple of small cons - some of the tenants are lazy and had their animals do their business in the wrong spots. The leasing office made a statement and have been attempting to handle it, but a couple of cameras in those specific areas would be nice. And there is nearby construction. Been going on for months. It sucks honestly, but it's not the apartment team's fault. I plan on staying and perhaps upgrading to a 2 b

As a room mate speaking for myself and my partner. My experience at Liberty Place Luxurious Apartments has been nothing short of excellent thus far and i am only writing this to help others. From the great tour, the welcoming warm very clean apartment beautiful all around zero complaints, staff, location, presentation, greetings, tenants..i could go on but i must overall thank the 3 Maintenance guys because there have been tons of work orders between my siblings,friends, associates and myself, yet we all were taken care of in a timely fashion. This new crew rocks and they come the same day majority of the time unless probably tending to the other close to 300+ occupants, they handle all of our requests along with questions to assure we are content with no more issues before exiting & they

I have lived here for about two weeks and now kind of regret moving in at all. The sink leaked the first night, lights in the kitchen do not work, the washer and dryer have issues, and a few days ago the refrigerator completely broke down, ruined some of my food, and what was supposed to be the replacement doesn't fit in the kitchen (they broke a light switch off the wall trying to get it in) and it has been in my dining room instead for four days. The apartment also wasn't cleaned before we moved in and the whole place is covered with what I have to assume is grime from cigarettes from the previous tenant as there are cigarette butts on the balcony. If I could rate this apartment negative stars I would. I signed a year lease last November with a move in date of December 26th 2022. This move in date was also confirmed by a previous employee days before. When December 26th came and I drove two hours with a trailer to find there was no staff in the office. To make matters worse many other residents were telling us that they haven’t been there since the 23rd while pipes were frozen and multiple units were destroyed. Later I found out this was because the staff at this time was not fixing heat. Luckily a resident was kind enough to give me the code to the garage. Liberty Place Apartments – All Show, No Substance!! Living at Liberty Place Apartments has been a deeply frustrating experience. While the rental office looks like a five-star hotel lobby thanks to a recent facelift that likely cost thousands, the actual living conditions tell a completely different story. Unanswered maintenance requests are the norm here. You can put in a ticket and wait days—sometimes weeks—without so much as a response. Meanwhile, basic safety and cleanliness around the complex are completely ignored. Multiple locks and gates throughout the property are broken or hanging by a thread.
