Liberty Pass Apartments

Ive recently had a friend move into these apartments. The second time I visited I had my car towed. There is a sign to check in for parking that does allow for 24 hours free parking for visitors. The sign was blocked by a larger vehicle and within minutes my car was towed. The same happened to my friend's daughter who had visited the day before. It was odd at first. I hadn't parked in any residents parking spot. I was parked in the visitors parking. There were plenty of open " Visitor"available spots. But there is a gentleman who scouts the premises" ready" to have your car towed. Even if visiting for the moment. There is an odd man who stares at you very uncomfortably who I understand is the "Manager's" husband. My friend has been harassed for visitors and assumptions that the "Manager" p

This apartment is awful. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to stay there as long as the staff Laura and Jessica are still there. I should have read the reviews before I signed the lease. When I was completing the application that should have been the first Red Flag. I was told to come in to complete the application so there would be no mistakes and there was several. I had to go back and forth for a week. I also have a car that I was borrowing that has insurance and I was allowed to register the car. A few weeks later I get a notice on the counter I can’t have the car there because there’s no insurance. That was not true. I live at 2309 liberty pass for the past seven years and it has been an absolute delight everything here is just over the top always nice and clean the help here is always helpful getting something fixed as they’re just over the top I just like to say that the people that work here you can depend on them in any situation

This place sucks it feels like they are praying on you 24/7 I can’t even have my cat outside can’t dry my rugs I had my trash can outside for 5 mins while I was taking trips to the garage they wrote me up for the 5 min it took me to make the trip they take pictures of ur apartment they won’t even allow me to have my mother come over to watch my son so I can work worst place I’ve ever lived in and the office manager has her whole family living here and they also watch u and report to her plusher husband is the maintenance man and sometimes he’ll just barge into your apartment without even knocking. I had my niece over and she was in her underwear and he just barged in no Knox. This is the absolute worst place that I’ve ever stayed in and I should’ve read the reviews before moving in because

I lived at Liberty Pass Apartments and while I appreciate many aspects of living here, I feel compelled to address a concerning issue regarding the management here. I have observed business van for "grooming" parked right in front of management Laura apartment for her animals. This behavior not only “contradicts the lease agreement” (as she will say when she gives you a lease violation and a fines for this type of behaviors) that we all signed but also sets a troubling precedent for residents who follow the rules. It's disheartening to see that while residents are held accountable for their actions, the same standards do not seem to apply to management. I believe that consistency and fairness are essential for maintaining a positive living environment, and I hope that the management will r
