Move in experience was great! My only complaint is that I had to check into my unit a week earlier than I had originally wanted to in order to accept the house. Check in should not matter when it is the job of Liberty to supply houses on base to military members.

Trisha Roberts was incredibly kind and proactive. I had an issue with the app while trying to pay my rent, but she provided a great alternative and helped me resolve it smoothly. Highly recommend her assistance!

It is a very nice place to life. It's quit, save and nice. The houses are nice, although I wished we had a basement for the kids to play. Everything is light and the floors are from pvc wood and upstairs there is carpet. We have 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a washroom. Everything you need is in the kitchen a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a stove with oven! Living on base is really nice and almost safe. If I may write something negative: the backyard is almost not useable, because it goes steep to the woods. We can't place a trampoline or a pool in the backyard. And people drive way to fast in the streets. I would like to have more streetbumps, so people has to drive slowly. Everytime I sit on my porch I am really afraid someone will drive over a kid!

Title: You’re Better Off Fighting Traffic Than Fighting Liberty Liberty Military Housing markets itself as “serving those who serve,” but my experience proves otherwise. The company’s mission statement promises exemplary service and a quality home environment, yet what residents actually get is property damage, poor responsiveness, and indifference. Liberty contracts lawn crews that routinely destroy resident property — fences, landscaping, even vehicles — and then refuses to take responsibility. When trees fall on homes or cars, Liberty’s response is slow or nonexistent. They hide behind bureaucracy rather than fix problems. Even worse, Liberty takes all of your BAH, regardless of the size or grade of the house. A field-grade officer can be placed in company-grade housing and still los
