I had to take a moment to recognize Roger M. for the outstanding home maintenance service he provided. From start to finish, Roger was respectful, professional, and extremely responsive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way he does. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to quality work, I highly recommend Roger M.

Mr. Scott (Roger) was fantastic as always at getting our maintenance issue resolved with ease. Mr. Scott is efficient, quick, and also friendly :). He is very communicative and informative with what he is doing. Today, Mr. Scott helped us with our leaky freezer that has accumulated ice therefore causing clogging and leaks into the below fridge (it’s fixed now, no leaking!). In the past, he has also helped us with things like our backyard light and the door as well (which are all doing great now). We always appreciate Mr. Scott’s hard work and time. He’s also very friendly to our dog who loves the attention and head pats :). Thanks again Mr. Scott!

Liberty and the maintenance team here has been wonderful. They respond very quickly to every maintenance issue that we have. Paul especially has been helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to help. He has found things that I didn’t notice were broken and fixes them. We appreciate the team and their responsiveness.

The house we are renting has had many maintenance issues, but the maintenance guys who come to do the repairs are excellent. Kind, timely, knowledgable, and helpful. I think they are held back a bit by Liberty due to the way in which Liberty manages maintenance issues, but when someone comes out to the house they are great. Paul B came for my most recent maintenance request and he was great.
