Liberty Military Housing - Norfolk Pointe

I absolutely love everything about this community . The staff is kind and welcoming. I absolutely love Ms. Joi I’ve worked with her both times I lived here . And Ms. Destiny who I meet recently after moving back has been an amazing addition to the office! Maintenance workers are amazing! They handle work orders immediately and make sure I don’t need anything else done around the home. I’ve always had enjoyable experiences with my neighbors. This is my second time living in this community and I highly requested to move back. I love how close the elementary school is. Very convenient for those is us with young children. This housing is pretty good. Close proximity to base. I haven't had many problems with housing itself. My house in particular isn't full of mold or rodents so I would say it's not a bad housing option.

We’ve only been here 3 months and have loved our housing community since the very start! My family and I really enjoy the events and how helpful everyone is when it comes to any questions and concerns we have.

Overall organized morning event. There were plenty of people to help serve and very friendly. I also haven’t had bad experiences dealing with housing and needing help.

Liberty Military Housing is a rebrand of a prior company, Lincoln Military Housing due to a class action lawsuit in 2019 from the appalling living conditions in their homes. Today, that legacy continues. By design, they intentionally keep their expenses low by not responding to issues and taking forever to resolve anything. This keeps profits flowing for them, while passing the complete lack of peace of mind onto their tenants… the people serving your country. Examples of my experiences: - It took 2 years to get them to fix a roof leaking into a bedroom whenever it rained. Maintenance would come by and say “I’m here to take pictures of the ceiling” and take pics of the giant fissure in the ceiling, and my destroyed mattress.
