Liberty Military Housing - Norfolk Crossing

This place is a joke and filled with incompetence! currently it is 22° outside while my house is at 57° and dropping by the minute. No one cares to actually fix anything. Maintenance call center keeps sending technicians to play around with the heating system, instead of getting someone who actually knows what they’re doing to fix the issue permanently. Let it be a service request survey and that is the ONLY time the leasing office and maintenance techs are persistent in doing something. Calls non stop just to remind you to fill out a survey, for issues that are not even resolved. Second call in less than six hours regarding the same issue with the heater! Typing this while my wife, pets and I get hypothermia and the fire alarms keep blasting because of how extremely cold the entire house

Housing has always been more than accommodating. The frequent power outages can be annoying, but of all places I have lived (military brat) this is high on my list. Shout out to Ayeshah. Very lovely lady every time we get to talk to her.

Been here for about a month and so far so good a few issues with house but I've put jobs in for them. But today on 12feb26 I woke up early this morning around 0520 and the power is out. Leave think nothing of it. It is now 1555 and absolutely no updates at all on when it could be back up or anything. The office is empty and I tried to contact somebody.

We have been trying to get our heater fixed for a couple of months and we sent in multiple maintenance tickets and the maintenance workers would just come in a fiddle around and not actually fix the problem. There were no actual HVAC technicians that were sent in to fix the problem, only general service technicians. So now my small children, husband and I are now stuck with an unreliable heater that goes out during the freezing winter nights.

Twos words, One star. I am absolutely disgusted with the management at Norfolk Crossing Liberty Housing. The power has been out for over 24 hours now, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. It is freezing in this house, and all the food in our fridge is spoiling, which is money right down the drain. To make matters worse, management’s only "solution" was telling us to go find a hotel ourselves. They expect us to shell out hundreds of dollars for a room without any confirmation or even the knowledge of whether we will be reimbursed. We are being forced out of our homes with zero support. This is completely unprofessional and negligent. Avoid this place at all costs.
