Our ESA letter was denied, they wanted to know why I have multiple Emotional Support Animals, and what each one does for my disability. Which is a violation of HIPPA and Virginia State Law, since a ESA letter from a doctor is the proof, anything more than that I have to sign a medical release form. Which felt ridiculous for me to do for my housing company, plus my doctor said I, out of the thousands they have done, was the first one to come back requesting more information because the first one was wrong. I already had an issue using Petscreening since the laws in VA say landlord not third party, but I played along and in the end was stressed and couldn't believe this was happening and I was made to seem crazy for not complying and yes the people were nice but got pretty threatening, like

Brittany and Cari walked through our first ever experience with Lincoln Military Housing. We have never attempted Navy housing because of the horror stories we’ve heard in the past. However we have had many friends in the San Diego area who have had very good experiences with the region so we figured we’d give it a shot as the local housing market makes you dig deep into your own pocket to get anything of value. We applied the Last week in July and received the housing we were hoping for by mid August. Although wait times differ greatly depending on the community you’re looking to live in Brittany kept us up-to-date on our wait and we are very pleased with her responsiveness to emails and phone calls. Pleasantly pleased with this whole process which is unexpected if you go off of word of mouth or Facebook chat groups. So far I've experienced nothing but professionalism and helpfulness through the process. Also special shootout to our housing coordinator Kellene Tolbert who has been readily available and patient.

Our housing specialist was the best !!! ( Alexis ) she's super welcoming and easy to talk to, answered all our questions and concerns , she helped us so much and found us a perfect home in such a short notice <3 ! super happy with our experience

Emily Valhuerdi is a god send, Very helpful and did everything she could to make sure our family was in the home we were hoping for! The whole moving process is so stressful, and she made sure that getting into our home was anything but. Five out of 5! Couldn’t be happier 🥰
