Liberty Land Transfer settled for me in January of 2025. They missed a substantial HOA fee. Six months later, I'm on the hook for a fee that no one told me about before I closed. There's no penalty, and I would have had to pay the fee sooner or later, but I'm unhappy with their service and response. "I just don't know what you want me to do," she says. I wouldn't use them again.
