I had the pleasure of Liberty Homes building the house of our dreams. From the very start with our realtor, Candace, and Liberty’s realtor, Susan we knew this would be an experience to remember. We had excellent communication, any challenges along the way, Liberty addressed, and multiple home inspectors were very impressed with the work done. Each of the subcontractors that Liberty had us partner with were wonderful and the work they did was absolutely beautiful. They have a vast selection of floorplans to cover various needs and will even work with you to customize features to achieve exactly what you’re looking for. Post-build, small issues were fixed within a few short days/weeks of making a warranty claim. We look forward to many years in our beautiful custom home.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!! If I could give them zeros stars I would. As a first time home buyer we built our property in 2021 and during that experience I almost pulled out of my contract due to them not fully meeting my standards and needs. I found several issues on several walk throughs that were more so covered up than corrected. Fast forward to now which has only been 4 years in the home I have floors that need to be replaced due to poor craftsmanship, a front porch support beam that’s dry rotting from a nail being shot threw it , drywall cracking at the seems, carpet that has staples/ nails poking threw and also carpet that is buckling up because it wasn’t securely laid. I could go on and on but they try their best not to honor any repairs even right around the 1 year mark so this is my

It has been just over a year since closing on our home, and it has been nothing but wonderful. Liberty Homes has been very cooperative, responsive and timely in addressing the very minor issues we have had while still under our year warranty. Eric was on top of it with providing updates throughout the building process. He provided great insight along the way and pointed out a lot of things that we did not see. From the lot clearing all the way through the final walkthrough, Liberty has been a pleasure to work with and I cannot speak more highly of the company. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first year of being homeowners with a Liberty Home!

Not satisfied with the quality of parts of my home . Every window sill has a crack in it . My countertop caulking on both sides of my kitchen are the cabinets are separating from the walls on both sides, All the caulking in my On my stairways has completely came off as well it looks so unkept And unfinished , the wood they used in steps has gashes in it. There is a crack in my wall right by a electrical outlet that in kitchen looks terrible, My wall in my the bathroom upstairs was place incorrectly , the warranty man they sent out said they probably won’t fix it but he sees it was installed incorrectly . My bathroom plumbing in my upstairs bathroom is not flushing correctly . I brought these issues up and was told this is new customer home responsibilities , why should i have to recaulk t
