My mother lives here and it's not great. As far as her apt goes it's nice, enough space for her. But the management changed a few years ago and they keep upping her rent, they make the old people shovel snow to move their cars so they can plow. They just come around and bag on the doors and tell you to move. If you dont theyll tow their cars. When she first moved there they had people to do that. Obviously needed in a community for older people. They don't even have designated spots to leave your car if you can't shovel. The inside is drab and they took all of the seating in the lobby away. You can't use the grills it's for management only?? And they are never in the office for any kind of help.

This is a great place to live, gated buildings, cable reasonably priced and rents are very reasonable. Our property managers are the best, always pleasant, and very helpful. Definitely a good place to live.

Lived there for 10 years. When I first moved in the place was fantastic. However, over the years it has gone down hill. Management is never a help and exists in an ivory tower and doesn’t relate to its tenants. Building maintenance is allowed to be snarky and disrespectful to residents. This place needs a complete management overhaul.

Beautiful exterior and interior. If you are an outgoing person, there are a lot to offer. Downside, a possible long walk to your apartment which means a long walk to the parking lot and to the garbage shed. There are also A LOT of rules to be followed from management

they jack up seniors rent 2-3 times DURING the lease. they put it in the lease. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. I've seen the lease. it's abusive to take advantage of elderly people like that or any other way. apartments are tiny with cheap, nasty carpeting instead of clean, waterproof vinyl plank flooring. so much for the golden years.
