Liberty Gardens Apartments

Update: I’ve lived here a year now and still love it! The office staff and maintenance are amazing. Zero complaints here. I’ve lived here for a month and a half now and absolutely love it. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the garage is spacious enough for my car and extra storage, and the location is perfect. Plus the staff is so helpful, especially Jhannely who went above and beyond to answer all my questions both before and after my move. I highly recommend!

Get the top floor or you’ll regret every day here. I live below a family who are extremely inconsiderate of their fellow neighbors. When the couple is not busy arguing with one another , their child is running around like it’s a playground(either a child or horse galloping not 100% sure). The family sounds like a stampede is coming through all throughout the day or at least it sounds like that because the wonderful owners of the facility decided not to sound proof their units better. On top of it being a brand new unit, i found so many things messed up, broken and mickey mouse handyman work done. The leasing managers don’t even walk you through the unit so you have to pretend you know what to look for & hope you don’t miss anything before turning in the paper. Read the contract, thoroughly
