So far, everything has been great. It’s a quiet neighborhood with good services, and the property, along with the house, is really nice. I’ve just completed my first year living here, and I have nothing but good things to say. I will do a 4 stars just because is always room for improvement.

PLEASE READ! We built in 2020. Diamond D Estates in Beaumont Tx. The quality of the home is SUB PAR in every way. From the roof (shingles blow off every storm and cause leaking) the tape for the dry wall is popping out in several locations, they use ALOT of that pressed wood (particle board throughout out the house, warping of the flooring in one bed room that they fixed by shaving down the wood, not replacing. No insulation between the up stair and downstairs. You can hear every foot step and the toilet flush. Molding popping off, bathroom cabinets pulling from wall, shower door will not shut.. Fixtures are all very cheap and fall off. And much much more! Every house out here has these issues as well. In the first 2 years, they did not fix issues brought to them and now we are “Out of our

The problem I have with them . They put up false advertisement just to get you there and you drive so far because they would claim they are the cheapest on taxes and the say it's 947 a month not including taxes but why is taxes higher than the mortgage and they always trying to put you in something more than what you want trying to get rid of a house they couldn't sell new home always look good
