Had a couple of minor issues (e.g. broken front door lock day1) but their repair folks worked it out eventually. Same thing with a bad sprinkler design, layout, implementation. Nice homes, overall!
My buyer closed on his home in Derby today and is absolutely thrilled with his home and how smooth the process was. As the co-op agent, I have to point out how incredible Tony Huffman is to work with. He is highly communicative, a consummate professional and always one step ahead.
Really well built home for affordable prices. What’s not to like!? The whole crew at Liberty was nothing short of amazing to work with during the buying process. Their agent even came through for us on moving day with an additional box truck to save the day! Thank you everyone at Liberty and we look forward to many years of enjoying our new home
