Liberty Blvd

We lived in Liberty Blvd for 4.5 years, and I honestly think this is the best place to live in Downtown Salt Lake City. We really enjoyed our stay here; residents were nice, management (started with Lu, then Michael, then Krystal) and their maintenance team especially to Alex, you guys were the best! One time, my fridge stopped working and they replaced it same day! Fast and top notch service! They also do Residents’ Appreciation Week, so there’s free food, raffles, etc. Location is nearby grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Smith’s), restaurants, gym, and even public transportation (TRAX and bus stop is only 5 mins walk). The management and staff here are amazing — friendly, helpful, and they make everyone feel at home. Great location near groceries, restaurants, and the UTA train stop, plus awesome amenities like free coffee, study rooms, gym, pool, and indoor parking. Cozy apartments with beautiful downtown and mountain views.

Sold our condo and leased without an opportunity to view the apartment in person. My friends and family advised me against making a decision on where to live based on the internet. They told me horror stories about others who rented without seeing their apartment. I didn't listen. And things could not be better. I absolutely 💖 our apartment. The building and unit looks even better in person. It's in one of the best locatione in Salt Lake City. Liberty Blvd is near everything: Trolley Square, the university, parks, grocery stores, oriental food mart, coffee shops, mall, bike stores, salons, barber shops, dry cleaners, gas station, public transportation, and too many restaurants to mention. You won't go hungry living here and everything you need is right around the corner. T

This is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in since moving to Salt Lake City. Sure, some other places might have fancier amenities, but honestly, the most important thing about living in an apartment here in the U.S. is having a quiet, peaceful environment — and this place nails it. The appliances and features might not be brand new, but everything works just fine and gets the job done. Starting your morning with a swim and a free cup of coffee? Can’t beat that. It’s super chill and relaxing. What really sets this place apart is the management. The staff here genuinely care — whether it’s the folks at the front desk or the after-hours team, they’ve all been super helpful and on top of things.

Liberty Blvd. is a beautiful, very clean building, and I am very happy to be moving in. I like the extra security in this building, requiring FOBs to use the elevators and for entering the building after business hours. Saua has been incredibly helpful with any and all questions. She knows the building well. I can’t say enough about the warm welcome I received from Saua and the entire office!
