Liberty Bay

I’ve been living at Liberty Bay since December. The maintenance staff has been super responsive and attentive anytime I’ve needed something, which I really appreciate. The property manager Donovan does a great job trying to keep the the place clean. He’s constantly out picking up the trash in his own truck. If you’re looking for a affordable spot in the Baltimore area, I’d definitely recommend Liberty Bay.

Lived in the apartments for four years. Before they were taken over by Liberty Bay, they weren't terrible, maintenance was performed on time and the grounds and building common areas were kept pristine. That all changed when Liberty Bay took over. Maintenance was gutted, the best members were suddenly not there anymore. The community board, which started flooding with complaints, was suddenly deleted. They could not keep a leasing office manager for more than a month, and we had no way to contact management for issues nor was there a number for maintenance. When they finally did get a leasing office manager and maintenance, you barely ever saw them. Mold grew in our basement and on our bathroom ceiling due to no ventilation in the bathroom; we were told it was not mold; that is was grease

Very kind people to deal with and nice quite community and cozy living space . Manger Mr Robinson very great person . I recommend if your in the area stop pass and check them out at Liberty Bay.

We are trying to reach our property manager Donovan. The numbers we were given seem to be out of service!
