Li did an excellent job of making us happy in our move from the country to town. The sale of our country home got interesting when the prospective buyer had some rigorous demands that we balked at meeting. Li was able to come up with an excellent workaround to save the deal and save us some cash. Li also represented us as buyer's agent on our in-town home. He again found some great inspection fixes. He was able to negotiate a smooth scheduling of closings, working with both buyers and sellers of both homes to make sure we had time to move from one home to the next without issue.
