I absolutely love Amy! She is very through and honest! I've been renting from her for about 1 1/2 now! She is a very caring individual when it comes to tenants needs and concerns!

L&H has been my property manager since before the company was created. They have been doing a wonderful job from my perspective! She is an advocate for both the renters and landlords. She works to resolve issues in a timely fashion and helps the landlords understand the issues. I saw a bad review from a bot or individual that provides the lowest review on purpose and has 3 reviews with 1s. Can’t believe their review isn’t vindictive. Even if the review was heartfelt, the concerns are not necessarily L&H responsibility! The Water Company forced landlords to start paying the bill for the renters about 2 years ago! Since the renters were paying it in the past, then the renter should be responsible. The increases are more than likely the increase in average water bill over time. Th

If i could give 0 stars i definitely would, first of all for the first 1-2 years they didn't even know my name or my gender. I had to correct them multiple times. This lady does not answer texts when it comes to stuff needing fixed on the properties. Codes has had to come in themselves for anything to even be fixed. But she harrasses me every month when im $10-20 over my water bill. DO NOT rent through this place unless you want your rent upped every year by $35-40. & wanna pay $200-300 a month in gas bills because none of the houses are properly insulated. & when asked to put insulation in the rafters in the basement in the so the floor in kitchen isnt so freezing. Currently renting from them for the second year and I couldn't say enough good things about this team. Amy is wonderful and makes my life so easy as a renter. Definitely will be working with them once I am ready to buy my own house as well.
