They did it to me again! For the THIRD time had me held up a sold sign while taking a pic of me & then took me through miles of paper work , All the time with my $1000.00 & promises of Whisper Ridge being my future home being a figment of my imagination! I'm soooo displeased with LGI right now & will sure tell all I know DON'T even waste their time because that's all we did!
Quaint little subdivision tucked in behind the FAA center in Hilliard. And when I say tucked I mean the houses are tucked together just as close as legally possible! These homes are built as cheap and as fast as possible. You are sure to be very close to your neighbors after living there for a little while. I'm sure you'll be able to hear them crunching their cereal in the morning through the walls. Oh and don't forget the FAA center has eight gigantic diesel generators that run almost all summer long or at least when there's thunderstorms in the area. You should hear what they sound like when they crank them up at 2:00 in the morning when the thunderstorms roll in! The good thing is the diesel fume should keep your area pretty mosquito free. Enjoy the whisper of the superior diesel engine
Misleading pamphlet. Used pictures of homes with neighbors cropped out. Gives a false impression of space. You can almost touch your neighbors house and your own at the same time.
Ashley was amazing! I see myself making the move to Whisper Ridge.
Well they made it seemed like is cheap and is for everyone but is not and is in the middle of nowhere But I must say LJ was great.
